Return Policy
1. Creating a Return Request: Customers who wish to return their purchased products can do so by logging into their account, navigating to the “My Orders” page, and selecting the relevant order. Clicking on the “Return” button allows customers to create a return request. Once the request is submitted, the customer will receive a return code within 48 hours.
2. Return Code and Information: The return code is essential for customers to proceed with the return. This code is communicated to the customer either through email or as a message in their user account. The message containing the return code provides detailed information about the return process.
3. Return Process: Customers, armed with the issued return code, can smoothly proceed to the nearest national postal office to complete the return process. During the return, it is crucial that the product is in its original, undamaged, and unused condition. A note containing the order number and contact information must be included in the return package.
4. Guest Users: For customers who made a purchase as a guest, they can either create an account and follow the same process on the website or submit a return request via email to marketplace@unatex.be. Guest users are also eligible for the return process and will receive the return code accordingly.
5. Return Conditions:
- Products to be returned must have unopened and undamaged packaging, be in their original condition, and remain unused.
- The return process should be initiated within 14 days from the date of product delivery.
- During the return process, the customer should carefully package the product and send it with the provided return code.
6. Return Refund: After the product is returned, the refund process occurs once the return request is reviewed, and it is confirmed that the product meets the specified conditions. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used by the customer. For instance, if the payment was made with a credit card, the refund amount will be credited back to that credit card.
